Fling Frogs

Fling Frogs are enemies and a stage gimmick in Sugary Spire. They appear in Molasses Swamp.

Description

They are a dark green frog with small wings keeping them in the air. It has a pair of disembodied hands conjuring a pink candy.

Behavior

They serve as part of the gameplay of Molasses Swamp, picking up Pizzelle when she gets to close and throwing her upwards. They cannot harm the player, but can serve as an obstacle in their path.

Trivia

Interestingly, due to Sugary Spire first demo's release (released on February 3, 2022), Fling Frogs' playable appearance actually predates Mr. Pinch's from Pizza Tower (whose first appearance is in the Eggplant build released on June 13, 2022).
