Description
Cream Thief appears on the first floor of the Sugary Spire. It resembles a puff of cream with small ears, red cheeks and a blue tongue.
Behavior
Cream Thief appears to function much like their Pizza Tower equivalent, Horsey, racing Pizzelle for Confecti. On the 1st floor in Sugarshack Mines, Cream Thief appears in a car to race against Pizzelle in a mine cart for Confecti

- In the "Deliv3ry" video, the Cream Theif was shown to be in Dance-Off instead of Sugarshack Mines
