Description
Cotton Witches are sentient pink cotton wearing white gloves for their disembodied hands, a cone hat on their head, and having one single eye.
Behavior
They roam around, and after spotting Pizzelle, they hide in their cone hat and then teleport behind them and blast them with a star beam coming out of their eye.
