Cotton Witch is an enemy in Sugary Spire.
Description
Cotton Witch is first encountered in Cottontown. They are sentient pink cotton wearing white gloves for their disembodied hands, a cone hat on their head, and having one single eye.
Behavior
They roam around, and after spotting Pizzelle, they fire a cotton ball projectile at her. Being hit by it will obtain the Cottoncoated transformation.
